Providers answer customer demand for turnkey solutions
McLean, VA — March 19 — LeftBrain Inc., a provider of integrated supplier relationship management (SRM) solutions, and Satyam Computer Services Ltd., a global IT services and consulting company, today announced the formation of a strategic alliance built on LeftBrain's SourceCentre product platform and Satyam's implementation and support services.
Building on the integrated functionality of SourceCentre, Satyam said it would provide project definition and planning, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems integration, product configuration, system testing and certification services.
In addition, Satyam will provide full lifecycle support to SourceCentre customers, including training, multi-tier global user support and infrastructure operations services. Satyam currently supports the SourceCentre technical product development team.
