FLAVIA Beverage Systems supports direct marketing with logistics, fulfillment operations
Plano, TX — August 3, 2004 — PFSweb Inc., a provider of integrated business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions, will provide e-commerce, direct marketing and supply chain support for FLAVIA Beverage Systems, a West Chester, Pa.-based supplier of beverage systems and gourmet coffee, tea and other hot beverages.
FLAVIA Beverage Systems is an affiliate company of Masterfoods USA, a Mars Inc. company.
Under the agreement, PFSweb said it will deploy many of its direct marketing services including customer contact, full direct marketing systems functionality via its Ecometry solution, warehousing, reverse logistics, and fulfillment operations.
