Holding company replaces legacy systems with eye toward future growth, enhanced customer experience
Pleasanton, CA — November 24, 2004 — Milwaukee-based K+K America said this week it has licensed PeopleSoft Financial Management, Customer Relationship Management, Supply Chain Management, Enterprise Portal and Analytics in the fourth quarter of 2004.
The company will replace multiple legacy applications with an integrated PeopleSoft solution to improve business operations, enhance the customer experience and expedite its global expansion into new markets.
K+K America is the holding company of leading distribution organizations including Avenue Industrial Supply Co., C&H Distributors LLC, Conney Safety Products, Hubert Company and Productos.

Currently, each of the five distribution companies runs on different software systems. K+K America will utilize PeopleSoft as a common platform to improve business operations and streamline customer service. In addition, PeopleSoft's multi-currency, multi-language solutions will allow K+K America to expand into new global markets.
