Partnership expected to address global markets, strengthen Satyam's presence in the practice

Hyderabad, India — December 2, 2004 — Satyam Computer Services Ltd. today announced that G-Log, a global transportation and logistics solutions provider, and Satyam have formed a service and technology partnership to offer supply chain management/supply chain execution solutions to customers around the world.

The Satyam and G-Log relationship has already been in existence for over a year, strengthening Satyam's presence in the supply chain solutions space and completing its offerings portfolio, according to the provider.

In its service provider role, Satyam's Global Logistics Practice (GLP), part of Consulting & Enterprise Solutions (CES) group, is offering G-Log services that include system integration services of the G-Log flagship product, Global Command and Control Center (GC3) software with other customer-specific applications; product development; sales; and global implementation services.

According to Mark Johnson, vice president of marketing, G-Log, "We are happy to have increased our global presence working with Satyam. We are certain that Satyam's logistics domain expertise will prove to be beneficial to G-Log."
