During the month of May, SalesLeads identified two new distribution facility construction projects with an estimated value of $100 million or more.
The largest project is owned by Amazon, who is investing $350 million for the construction of a 4 million-square-foot distribution facility in Clay, N.Y. Construction has recently started, with completion slated for Fall 2021.

ONTARIO:
Cobalt producer is planning to invest $56 million for an expansion and equipment upgrades at its warehouse and processing facility in Cobalt, Ontario, Canada. Construction is expected to start in Fall 2020.
TENNESSEE:
Photographic equipment and supplies manufacturer is planning to invest $50 million for the construction of a 259,000-square-foot distribution center in Sevierville, Tenn.
