New Haven, Conn. /PRNewswire/ -- The ASSA ABLOY Door and Perimeter Security Group is proud to announce the availability of a Product End-of-Life (PEOL) Recycling program for wood doors and frames. This free program provides recycling and/or disposal of door products that have reached the end of their lifecycle and are beyond the product's warranty period. In cooperation with Habitat for Humanity ReStore resale outlets, wood doors can be donated to Habitat for Humanity, a nonprofit housing organization.
Customer service professionals from Graham Wood Doors and Maiman Wood Doors can provide door owners with a location of a local Habitat for Humanity ReStore. The doors can be dropped off at the ReStore location, where their lifecycle will continue for a good cause. Proceeds from the resale of the doors will be used to build homes, communities and hope locally and around the world.
