Greene, N.Y.—Mar. 4, 2014—The Raymond Corporation recently updated its iWAREHOUSE reporting user interface, known as the iWAREHOUSE GATEWAY, to include responsive web design for smooth and intuitive user interaction on any device—from mobile to desktop computer.
“The new design approach for the iWAREHOUSE GATEWAY is aimed at providing users with an optimal viewing experience from any device,” said John Rosenberger, product manager of the iWAREHOUSE GATEWAY for The Raymond Corporation. “An iWAREHOUSE end user can view data from just about any warehouse from anywhere in the world where the Internet is available.”
The dashboard for the new iWAREHOUSE GATEWAY is customizable with advanced data filtering controls that allow customers to easily access and view pertinent information. There also is the ability to zoom, filter, and show and hide information, allowing users to tailor data displays within iWAREHOUSE to meet their particular needs.
Raymond invested in computer server and software upgrades to improve the data retrieval and display performance of iWAREHOUSE GATEWAY. These upgrades enable features such as automated report delivery. Users of iWAREHOUSE GATEWAY additionally have the ability to automate the reporting process and customize reporting preferences, including date range, time sent and frequency. Reports then can be emailed to any address the customer chooses.
