Not So Taxing Anymore

B2B Technologies delivers customer collaboration for Tax Partners' tax compliance services

ATLANTA, GA December 19, 2001 B2B Technologies, an Atlanta-based developer of collaborative Web applications, recently launched functional Web enhancements for Tax Partners, a tax compliance service firm that serves clients like AT&T, Cable & Wireless, Philips Electronics, and Cingular.  This project was the latest in a series of projects B2B Technologies has completed for Tax Partners, a provider of technology and Web-enabled sales, use and transaction tax compliance services.

B2B Technologies was brought in to help it both update Tax Partners' current site and also add client-centric Web functions. In addition to redesigning, reorganizing and updating the Website, Tax Partners had two main goals: integrating content management features allowing non-technical business users to become dynamic Web publishers; improving client flexibility in selecting and sorting tax reports via the secured extranet.

B2B Technologies works with other financial services related corporations like SunTrust and Equifax eBanking, and brought that experience to helping Tax Partners enhance its service capabilities.  The B2B team did a great job of learning our business, understanding our needs and directing that knowledge into the project, said David Clapp, Vice President of Marketing and Business Development.

Tax Partners is another good example of how clients continually come back to us when they need to add complex interactive functionality that provides better connections with their customers or suppliers, said Frank Fuerst, President of B2B Technologies.  He added in a year like 2001 which has been difficult for everyone in technology services, repeat business from existing clients and our expertise in collaborative solutions has allowed us to stay healthy and even grow a little.
