Provade Promotes Peter Parks to Chief Operating Officer

Parks’ expertise supports Provade’s focus on mobility, business intelligence and social collaboration

MilwaukeeFeb. 13, 2014Provade, Inc., a provider of enterprise vendor management system (VMS) development for global contingent workforce spend management, announced that Peter Parks, former vice president of product development, was promoted to chief operating officer (COO). Parks, one of Provade’s founding employees, has nearly two decades of VMS experience, and brings extensive technology management expertise and global experience from servicing large multi-national Fortune 100 customers.

Provade has been focused on building close working relationships between departments from the beginning,” Parks said. “A solid cross-functional approach is imperative to Provade’s success and our ability to serve our customers. I look forward to strengthening Provade’s relationships in the market and expanding our reach with new service offerings.”

As COO, Parks continues his previous responsibilities—managing Provade’s product roadmap and development, customer support and professional services—while broadening his focus to include daily operations.

Parks’ promotion supports Provade’s dedication to its customers, and its focus on mobility, business intelligence (BI) and social collaboration. Provade’s dedication to customer success drives its mobile and BI initiatives, both of which promote greater efficiency and performance for users. Provade Mobile, a mobile business app, allows workers to stay on top of time-sensitive tasks on the go. Provade’s BI solution can be tailored to its audience, depending on how much detail the user wants to see in the data. Social collaboration services, a major initiative in 2014, is to be a big focus for Parks in his new role.

“Streamlining Provade’s operations will allow us to better nurture long-term relationships with our customers and enhance overall customer satisfaction,” Parks said. “I plan to leverage my familiarity with customer feedback to drive Provade’s development of adaptive products that support their true business needs.”
