Junxure Makes Key Leadership Changes

CRM solutions provider adds Bill Banks to executive team and promotes John Shangler to EVP

Raleigh, N.C.April 29, 2013Junxure, a CRM solutions provider and practice improvement firm for financial advisors, appointed Bill Banks as Executive Vice President and promoted its operations leader, John Shangler to Executive Vice President.

A financial services and technology executive veteran, Banks is responsible for overseeing sales, marketing, communications, consulting and training, finance and administration. In his new role, Shangler is responsible for development, product management, technical support and IT. Both Banks and Shangler will report to Chief Executive Officer Greg Friedman and serve, along with Friedman, as the firm's strategy committee.

With over 20 years of senior management experience across a range of financial services, technology and information services firms, Banks held former leadership positions with Harvest Capital Strategies; MCF Wealth Management; Advisor Software (ASI); the U.S. subsidiary for Update Software AG. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College and the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Shangler has over 30 years experience in a variety of senior technology roles, most recently Vice President of Operations for Junxure. Prior to joining Junxure, Shangler held senior executive leadership roles with Reasoning LLC; and several other technology firms. He is a graduate of UC Santa Barbara and the Advanced Management College at Stanford University Executive Education.
