ACERTUS launched ACERTified, what is said to be a first-of-its-kind authentication feature designed to verify driver identity during the pickup stage of vehicle transport.

At the time of pickup, the designated agent securely accesses a live verification portal, triggering a text-code system that allows instant, two-way confirmation between the driver and release agent. If the code matches, the system validates the assignment and greenlights vehicle release, providing both parties with a clear digital confirmation.
