FREMONT, CA -- January 30 -- VENTUREWIRE The outsourced supply chain management services and products provider, iLogistix named Marta Weinstein as the new CEO. Weinstein replaces former CEO Murrali Rangarajan. Weinstein was formerly the chief financial officer.
Steve Weinstein, co-founder and chairman of the board, said, "iLogistix has grown rapidly over the past several years and has accomplished many of its objectives. But, in light of the new strategic direction the company is taking, the board determined that it is appropriate for the founders to return to active management."
