Duane Weeks succeeded John Marman, the interim president and CEO of Exemplary Software. Weeks is a seasoned veteran in supply chain management with more than 25 years experience in strategic management and leadership with such companies as Williams-Sonoma, General Electric, Compaq and Procter & Gamble.
During his career, Weeks has been responsible for directing a broad range of supply chain functions such as sourcing, logistics, order fulfillment, inventory management, distribution, transportation and quality. He has led major enterprise-wide change initiatives in such diverse industries as consumer products, manufacturing, technology and retailing.
Most recently, Weeks held the position of Senior Vice President of Supply Chain for Williams-Sonoma, where he developed the supply chain strategy and operations improvement plan for the high-growth leading specialty retailer. Prior to Williams-Sonoma, he was president of GE Capital Logistics, where he lead GE's entry into the third-party logistics business and formulated supply chain solutions for GE Medical Systems, GE Plastics and GE Lighting.

Weeks, an aeronautical engineer from the United States Air Force Academy, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Logistics and an MBA in Operations Management from Penn State University.
