Under the agreement, Eclipse will integrate TradePower's digital marketplace with its supply-chain management software product, allowing users to connect through either TradePower's desktop-based software or the Internet.

The connection will enable Eclipse's customers to sell supplies, bid, and provide information on the availability of construction materials quickly and easily.
