Neovation, Consolidated Commerce announce partnership

February 13, 2001 --  Neovation, an innovative Internet consulting and systems integration provider and subsidiary of CIBER today announced a strategic partnership with Consolidated Commerce, Inc., a provider of supply chain operations software. Under the terms of the agreement, Neovation will implement Consolidated Commerce's supply chain operations software through its e-business practice, allowing Neovation to provide its customers with cross-enterprise supply chain expertise and automated solutions that address the new business processes of collaborative commerce.

Consolidated Commerce's supply chain operations software helps Global 2000 manufacturers and distributors to create and fulfill orders with an open platform for supply chain operations. Using a peer-to-peer technology approach, Consolidated Commerce's Net-resident software helps companies consolidate transactions and business operations with trading partners via the Internet to create  efficiency, new revenue streams and agility.

Neovation helps clients drive improved business efficiencies by developing automated solutions that enable disparate systems and multiple platforms to work with each other. Together, Consolidated Commerce and Neovation enable their customers to create and deploy systems for collaborative commerce that automate new business processes not addressed by existing systems and provide an almost immediate return on investment.

The open architecture and flexibility of Consolidated Commerce's software will allow Neovation's clients to painlessly integrate supply chain operations into their existing systems, said Steve Rodgers, vice president and national practice area leader of technology for Neovation. By partnering with Consolidated Commerce, Neovation continues to exploit and enhance its skill set, create cross-selling opportunities, and provide the most impact for its clients and their customers.

Neovation has a proven track record in taking mid-market and Fortune 500 companies from strategic vision to core implementation, said Scott Torbik, senior vice president of marketing and corporate development. The company also provides the scale and extended supply chain expertise necessary to implement new collaborative fulfillment processes.
