Logility announces Version 6.0 of its Voyager Solution suite

Atlanta July 10, 2001 Logility today announced the availability of Version 6.0 of its Voyager Solutions suite. The announcement may help to boost, or merely stabilize, its somewhat erratic stock prices. The B2B collaborative commerce software provider saw a 52-week high of 5.688, then witnessed it plummet to a 52-week low of 1.125. Now looking healthier at 3.100, the new version of its collaborative commerce and supply chain optimization solution may be an attempt by the company to fully rally its stock price.

The Logility Voyager Solutions suite Version 6.0 represents collaborative commerce and supply chain optimization solutions designed to enable customers to integrate trading partners, enhance supply chain visibility, and reduce operating expenses. Logility Voyager Solutions Version 6.0 expands Logility's Microsoft-centric platform to include SQL Server 2000 and extends its native support of the IBM eServer iSeries (AS/400) and Universal Database to deliver scaleable and flexible deployment options for enterprises across a variety of industries.

Logility Voyager Solutions 6.0 also delivers significant functional enhancements to help trading partners collaborate across both private and public marketplaces, increasing supply chain optimization, expanding visibility and providing supply chain event management. Additionally, Voyager 6.0 incorporates three new product offerings, Logility Voyager Collaborate, Logility Voyager Navigate, and Life Cycle Planning, which became generally available in March 2001.

"Logility Voyager Solutions enable companies to achieve a measurable competitive advantage though collaboration, inventory optimization and improved customer service," stated Mike Edenfield, president and CEO of Logility. "The current global economic environment mandates that companies should seek solutions that offer rapid deployment and favorably impact their bottom lines. Logility Voyager Solutions is designed to drive these results."
