Portland, ME July 26, 2001 Contract management solutions company I-many and SCT, a provider of business solutions to the process industries, today announced an alliance aimed at providing industry-leading trade fund management and deduction management solutions for SCT's process manufacturing and distribution customers and prospects. Under the terms of the agreement, I-many will become SCT's preferred partner to help clients manage complex and industry-specific trade funds and deductions management issues facing manufacturing customers.
The alliance positions I-many's Settlement Suite and Contract Suite alongside SCT's iProcess.sct solution, and allows SCT to offer I-many's solutions to prospective clients as well as to existing process manufacturing and distribution customers. The two companies' solutions are currently running in concert at several customer sites, and this marketing alliance will enable both companies to bring to market an integrated solution.
The applications are among other integrated modules within I-many's Settlement Suite, including I-many CMS (Collection Management System) and I-many DMS (Deduction Management System), which enable companies to manage collections and disputes, plan and track trade promotions, manage rebates and claims, and analyze performance using a Web browser.
