Dallas April 3, 2002 EXE Technologies, a provider of supply chain execution (SCE) software, has tapped its CEO to take over as chairman of the board.
EXE chief Raymond Hood replaces Lyle Baack in the chairman spot.
Hood has served as EXE's CEO since 1997, when EXE Technologies was formed through the merger of two supply chain software companies, Dallas Systems and Neptune Systems.
Baack, the founder of Dallas Systems, will remain on EXE's board.
