Denver October 1, 2002 Orcim Soft Inc, a solutions provider specializing in e-diagnostic, customer relationship management (CRM) and e-consultancy software, announced the release of its new product for CRM, MarsHelp.
Orcim Soft said MarsHelp is a Web-based help desk that enables companies to expand their Internet presence by increasing interactivity on their site. In addition, it serves as a brand ambassador on the Internet, helping to educate visiting customers about the company and its products.
The provider said that its CRM software was created for companies that can't personally follow up with each customer because of the prohibitive costs that would entail. MarsHelp is a live, chat-based method of customer support that resolves, manages and tracks sales or service issues on the Web site, and makes sure customers get the sales and service support they need when they need it.
Orcim Soft said the benefits accruing from the implementation of the solution include increased customer satisfaction, reduced direct marketing costs, a better-informed sales force, and lower costs for customer acquisition and retention.
Said Bharat Biyani, managing director, Orcim Soft: "MarsHelp can also be used for consumer research, as it helps measure the effectiveness of online marketing campaigns through customer response, and it captures customer information and assists in database creation."
