Talisma appoints expense management veteran to CEO position after Singh steps down

Seattle  November 19, 2002  Customer service management provider Talisma Corp. has announced that Dan Vetras is its new president and CEO, succeeding founder and current CEO Pradeep Singh, who remains as Chairman of the Board.

The company said Vetras is a 21-year veteran of the technology industry whose background includes senior management positions in technology, sales management and business development.

Prior to joining Talisma, Vetras was president and CEO at Captura Software. At Captura he was responsible for the expense management software company's overall strategic direction and operation and led the executive team, consisting of product development, professional services, sales, marketing, finance, operations and international business.

"I'm pleased to be taking on the CEO role for Talisma at this point in the company's history," said Vetras. "Talisma is uniquely positioned to take the market for customer service management solutions to the next level and set new standards for customer service. This applies not only to our customers, but to their customers as well."

Pradeep Singh, founder and chairman of Talisma will now concentrate on the technology and future vision for Talisma.
