Burlington, ON November 27, 2002 Electronic data interchange (EDI) specialists eBRIDGE Software and Inovis are partnering in a bid to help small and midsize companies implement EDI.
eBRIDGE is an EDI and business document integrator in the midrange accounting market, while Atlanta-based Inovis formerly Harbinger and Extricity is an enabler of B2B trading communities.
Under the terms of the agreement, eBRIDGE will provide products, services and support to Inovis customers who integrate Inovis' Trusted Link Windows and NT with their existing accounting applications.
As a result of the agreement, small and midsize enterprises considering implementing and integrating EDI can contact either company for integration services.
"With our 10 years of integration experience, we understand the challenges companies face when they want to grow with EDI but don't want to abandon their favorite accounting application," said Pete Carfrae, vice president of sales and marketing at eBRIDGE.
"Our goal is to help companies rapidly and cost-efficiently build, grow and manage B2B communities," said Steve Gaylor, vice president of marketing for Inovis. "Partnerships with companies such as eBRIDGE allow us to achieve that goal through effective end-to-end solutions for our small- to medium-sized customers."
