Toronto December 2, 2002 SAMSys Technologies, a provider of radio frequency identification (RFID) hardware solutions, has signed a value-added reseller (VAR) agreement with RFID solutions provider VerdaSee Solutions.
Under this agreement, VerdaSee will incorporate SAMSys' readers into its logistics application solutions for the supply chain as well as within its SmartShelf product lines.

VerdaSee specializes in developing a range of high performance tracking and tracing products and services for the healthcare, pharmaceutical, automotive and heavy industrial markets. Specific applications of VerdaSee's RFID solutions include real-time tracking of customer assets, consumables, industrial tools and testing instrument, and hospital patients.
SAMSys offers a selection of reader solutions, including standard frequency-specific modules, custom-made application specific reader systems and OEM modules aimed at providing tailored solutions for a wide variety of supply chain management applications.
