ACCESS COMMERCE to provide reporting, analytics software for CRM customers

Chicago, IL, and Toulouse, France  December 4, 2002  Customer relationship management (CRM) provider ACCESS COMMERCE this week announced an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) agreement with Crystal Decisions, an information management software company.

ACCESS COMMERCE said it has integrated Crystal Decisions' reporting technology into its latest release of Cameleon Direct Selling to aid its users with their reporting and analysis processes. The company explained that Cameleon Direct Selling is a CRM solution that helps organizations produce more predictable revenue streams by improving the effectiveness of their direct sales professionals.

Additionally, with access to the reporting and analysis capabilities of Crystal Decisions' Crystal Reports, users can now access, create and view reports securely on the Web. Updated pipeline reports, sales proposals and in-depth sales statistics will also enable companies to increase their selling effectiveness and improve their strategy to succeed in their markets, the companies claimed.
