Santa Monica, CA — April 25, 2003 — Maersk Logistics has tapped solution provider Vizional Technologies for a system to power the third-party logistics provider's supply chain management visibility tool.
A part of the A.P. Moller Group, Copenhagen-based Maersk has more than 4,300 employees in 200-plus countries around the world, offering solutions for supply chain management, warehousing and distribution, and sea and airfreight transport.
Vizional is providing its suite of adaptive planning and execution applications to give the 3PL's clients real-time global visibility, distributed decision support and dynamic data synchronization across multiple locations, transport modes and systems.
