Global Exchange Services adds analytics and visibility services to its Transaction Delivery Network
Gaithersbury, MD — July 30, 2003 — Global eXchange Services Inc. (GXS), announced this week the availability of a new set of services for visibility, event management and supply chain collaboration capabilities.
GXS said the solutions are designed to offer proactive alerts, order status tracking and reporting functionality. In addition to providing the connectivity platform for the exchange of business documents, GXS can now provide information about the status of those documents.
According to GXS, the solution provides functional acknowledgement (FA) management services to facilitates tracking, reporting and event notification; collaboration and event management; aggregated supply chain data and shared visibility for multiple trading partners, back-office systems and various data formats; and end-to-end order lifecycle management.
