It appears that Vienna Beef had some serious OSHA safety violations in their Chicago-area plant, since they were cited for serious safety failures that could result in physical harm or even death during a routine inspection in May.
Vienna Beef, who is facing a $53,000 fine, will meet with OSHA later this month to address the violations. To read more, click HERE.
