Syncron Names New CEO

Friedrich Neumeyer will join Syncron as chief executive officer, effective 1 Aug. 2020. He will succeed Anders Grudén, who is stepping down as CEO but will continue to serve in an advisory role.

Neumeyer has extensive experience leading enterprise software companies and a proven track record of driving transformative growth, increasing vertical domain expertise and improving the customer experience.

CBRE Promotes Chandra Dhandapani to Chief Administrative Officer

CBRE Group, Inc. today announced that Chandra Dhandapani, its chief digital & technology officer and a member of the company’s executive committee, has been promoted to chief administrative officer.

In her new role, Dhandapani will have responsibility for the company’s human resources (called People), marketing and research organizations, along with digital & technology, which she has led since 2016.

CBRE also announced new retail leadership, with John Morris expanding his role to include leader for Americas retail and Bill Wright being promoted to Retail Leader, Platform & Markets.

Morris joined CBRE as the executive managing director of Americas industrial & logistics in late 2019. In this expanded role he will now lead more than 1,600 retail and industrial & logistics professionals throughout the Americas who were collectively responsible for more than $83 billion in transactions in 2019.

Wright has 17 years of experience at CBRE in both brokerage and management roles. He currently serves as the senior managing director for the firm’s Retail & Advisory Transaction Group 10-state Midwest Division. In his expanded role he will oversee the continued development of CBRE’s retail platform and its implementation throughout the country.

During his career, he and his teams have completed more than 43 million square feet of industrial transactions.

Williams has more than 23 years of experience in industrial real estate, specializing in assisting companies with their industrial real estate decisions related to distribution, warehousing, and manufacturing needs throughout Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey. He has completed more than 65 million square feet in industrial transactions since 2004.
