Redwood Logistics has acquired Eminent Global Logistics, a provider of transportation management systems implementation and integration services. The addition of Eminent grows Redwood's current technology integration and consulting services platform through broader system expertise.
Eminent complements Redwood's existing knowledge team as its rapid suite of products for Oracle Transportation Management and Global Trade Management implementations coincides with RedwoodConnect, Redwood's own connectivity platform for easier implementation of both TMS offerings. When combined with Redwood's understanding of the freight markets, analytics capabilities and services to help customers move freight, the tools enable Redwood to become a leader in transportation technology, allowing Eminent's clients to benefit from the logistics suite now available.
