Denver—Feb. 13, 2014—IQNavigator (IQN), a provider of non-employee workforce management solutions to Global 2000 companies, acquired the vendor management solution software and related assets of ProcureStaff Technologies, Ltd., a division of Volt Information Sciences and developer of ProcureStaff’s vendor management system (VMS) applications. The acquisition advances IQNavigator’s VMS market leadership by combining IQN’s technology and commitment to accelerating industry innovation with the account management and customer services of ProcureStaff. The financial terms of the agreement are not being disclosed.
By acquiring these assets of ProcureStaff, IQNavigator is better positioned to deliver a proven VMS solution and a diligent approach to customer relationships, which delivers measurable end user benefits.
ProcureStaff Technologies’ VMS software is a collaborative, multi-dimensional VMS software platform that fosters visibility and enables enterprise management of complex services spend.
