MinneapolisJune 30, 2015HighJump, a global provider of supply chain management software, announced that its TrueCommerce EDI Solutions group now offers integrated warehouse/third-party logistics provider (3PL) support with its electronic data interchange (EDI) solution for users of SAP Business One small business management software.

This solution includes integrated transactions for two key warehouse documents: the outbound warehouse shipping order (940), which can be processed automatically from a sales order in SAP Business One, including automatic updating of lot numbers and serial numbers; and the inbound warehouse shipping advice (945), which can automatically create a delivery in SAP Business One, including the package details and UCC-128 label details. In addition, the integrated warehouse shipping advice can be used to automatically develop the advance ship notice, giving users the ability to perform a quick turnaround and immediately send notifications to their customers.

Integrating warehouse transactions with SAP Business One makes order fulfillment faster and more accurate by eliminating the need to print or re-enter data. It also saves time by automating communications with warehouses or 3PLs.

The TrueCommerce Transaction Manager delivers a complete and easy-to-use EDI integration for SAP Business One. Backed by EDI service and support, the integration leverages the native SAP Business One data application program interface, which ensures that all SAP business rules are enforced, and provides optimal performance and scalability.

“Transaction Manager for SAP Business One offers a truly seamless integration that automates the full spectrum of transactions with customers and supply partners, including warehouses and 3PLs,” stated Nick Manolis, president, TrueCommerce EDI Solutions group. “By leveraging integrated warehouse transactions, manufacturers and suppliers can streamline the fulfillment process from sales order processing to shipping to distribution, helping to optimize supply chain management and strengthen trading partner relationships.”
