Netradyne has launched an expanded ecosystem of AI agents that enable fleet teams to automate everyday tasks like collision management, driver coaching, and safety campaigns without requiring technical expertise. Customers have already created over 250 agents within a month of release by describing their needs in plain language.

  • Collision Management Agent handles incidents from initial report through resolution automatically
  • Coaching Agent guides drivers toward safer habits, while the Campaign Agent adds gamified competition to safety initiatives
  • 250+ agents created by customers within one month of the platform's release
  • Managers can ask questions about fleet data and convert useful answers into recurring agents on a schedule
  • Netradyne MCP integrates with ChatGPT and Claude, allowing teams to build agents within their existing AI tools

Netradyne unveiled an expanded agent ecosystem that lets fleet teams put Netradyne Intelligence to work with ready-made agents for everyday tasks and agents they create themselves.

Teams can also have conversations on the Netradyne platform or in their AI tools to turn fleet intelligence into insights and actions and create recurring agents from what they learn.

"Fleet teams are pressed for time to configure reports and piece together answers," says Avneesh Agrawal, CEO of Netradyne. "Agents give managers an easy and scalable way to draw on Netradyne Intelligence. They describe what matters and agents bring it to them, with people staying in control. The impact is already clear: customers created more than 250 agents within a month of release."

Key takeaways:

·        The Collision Management Agent handles incidents from first report to resolution, while the Coaching Agent helps managers guide drivers toward safer habits.

·        The new Campaign Agent adds friendly competition to coaching. Managers choose the safety priorities and driver groups, and the agent runs the rest: scoring, daily standings, and driver updates. Before, during, and after comparisons show where drivers improved and where they still need support.

·        Managers describe what they want an agent to do in plain language, such as compiling a shortlist of drivers for recognition or preparing fuel-efficiency coaching packs. Then they choose the driver groups, conditions, and schedule. The agent delivers updated findings and recommendations in the portal or by email, so every customer gets analysis shaped to their own priorities without rebuilding reports.

·        Managers ask questions about their fleet and get answers from live fleet data. Follow-up questions dig into what changed and why, by driver, group, behavior, or time period. When an answer proves useful, it becomes an agent that runs on a schedule.

·        Netradyne MCP already extends fleet context into AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude, so teams can ask about their fleet and build agents where they already work.
