Bedford, MA - NOVEMBER 20, 2000 -- SupplyWorks will bring Alan Sarasohn onboard the company's senior management team as vice president, customer support and services. Building on over 20 years of software industry experience, Mr. Sarasohn will be responsible for directing SupplyWorks' infrastructure, programs and practices for fostering and maintaining customer relationships.

Most recently, Mr. Sarasohn served as managing director of EMC's Professional Services organization, where his group was responsible for helping customers maximize the business value of their storage investments. He has also held executive responsibilities in general management, sales management and professional services at Centerline Software, Bachman Information Systems and BGS Systems. In each of these positions, he managed the development, implementation, and growth of value-added customer support and professional services offerings for global accounts.
