Omnexus Names Dunning CEO

FacilityPro veteran moves to plastics marketplace

ATLANTA, GA. - January 16, 2001 - Omnexus, a coalition plastics industry e-marketplace, has named e-business veteran Peter Dunning as its CEO.

Prior to joining Omnexus, Dunning was president and CEO of FacilityPro.com, a B2B marketplace for owners, managers and suppliers in the commercial real estate industry.

Prior to FacilityPro.com, Dunning was a senior vice president at Oracle, in charge of energy, chemicals, automotive and the high tech industry business units, as well as the applications business worldwide. Dunning was also executive vice president with SAP America for seven years, where he led the Global Accounts Business Unit and helped form the industry verticals. His industry experience also includes sales management and marketing roles with both Martin Marietta and McDonnell Douglas Automation.

Omnexus' founding companies include BASF AG, Bayer AG, Dow Chemical, DuPont and Ticona/Celanese. The company now includes more than 20 suppliers.

FacilityPro announced Dunning's resignation on January 4, along with the appointment of Lawrence W. Hall to the position of president and COO of the company.
