FacilityPro.com looks to MediaBin for catalog help

ATLANTA, GA  BUSINESSWIRE  January 16, 2001  FacilityPro.com, an e-marketplace for commercial facility and property owners, has selected MediaBin, an image content management developer for e-businesses, to manage product images on its web site.

MediaBin will help FacilityPro.com process thousands of images when loading new product categories. MediaBin can modify the manufacturers-provided images to fit the FacilityPro.com catalog in a fraction of the time it would normally take to manipulate the images one at a time. In addition, FacilityPro.com will be able to track images to the appropriate product catalog record in a more effective manner.

FacilityPro.com will use MediaBin to deliver a better and broader electronic catalog to display their product images. The new system hopes to enhance time-to-market for product images, and also provide wide, brand-controlled access to those images, and increase the productivity of the marketing staff.
