Walnut Creek, Calif. March 20, 2001 e-Sourcing technology and services provider eBreviate hopes to tap into a well of new clients through a strategic alliance announced today with The Procurement Centre (TPC), a supplier of supply chain management services.
TPC will promote eBreviate to current and prospective customers as one of its preferred partners by offering eBreviate's e-sourcing tools and technologies, including total-cost downward and upward auctions, electronic surveys, spend management and sourcing team tools. eBreviate will in turn provide e-sourcing training to TPC's staff of procurement consultants and will use TPC's consultants with joint customers.

TPC, based in Houston, provides procurement outsourcing and consulting services, with a particular focus on the oil and gas industry, including numerous exploration and transmission companies as well as energy generation companies. TPC specializes in offering supply chain management services through its staff of procurement and materials management professionals.
