TPC will promote eBreviate to current and prospective customers as one of its preferred partners by offering eBreviate's e-sourcing tools and technologies, including total-cost downward and upward auctions, electronic surveys, spend management and sourcing team tools. eBreviate will in turn provide e-sourcing training to TPC's staff of procurement consultants and will use TPC's consultants with joint customers.

TPC, based in Houston, provides procurement outsourcing and consulting services, with a particular focus on the oil and gas industry, including numerous exploration and transmission companies as well as energy generation companies. TPC specializes in offering supply chain management services through its staff of procurement and materials management professionals.
"We're pleased to join with TPC because we recognize the breadth of procurement skills their consultants bring to customers," said Sarah Pfaff, executive vice president of sales, marketing and strategy for eBreviate, which is an EDS company. "We feel our products and services fit in very well with the supply chain management capabilities TPC is known for."
