Miami July 13, 2001 Consultancy firm answerthink today announced the appointment of Glenn Gutwillig as its new managing director of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Solutions group. Gutwillig, a senior executive with extensive CRM experience, will be responsible for evolving answerthink's "go-to-market" CRM strategy, as well as providing sales leadership, key account marketing, and demand generation, including alliance relationships.
Prior to joining answerthink, Gutwillig was a senior vice president at eLoyalty, a CRM consulting company, leading their Americas Sales and Business Development team. Prior to eLoyalty, he was a founder of The Bentley Group, a leading customer service consulting company, which merged with Technology Solutions Company's Enterprise Customer Management practice to form eLoyalty. Glenn has also held management positions at Marcam/Varnet Corporation, Teradyne, Inc. and Hewlett-Packard.
