SANTA CLARA, CAJuly 10, 2001Noosh, Inc., a provider of collaborative e-business software solutions, recently announced it has acquired a license to use Interactive Dataflow and Donnellinx software technology from R.R. Donnelley.

Interactive Dataflow Technology, also called "iDataflow," provides many federal government agencies with a secure, customized web-based solution that automates print procurement processes to improve efficiency and make communications more effective.

Federal agencies actively using the iDataflow technology include the U.S. Census Bureau, U.S. Department of the Interior, the U.S. Marshals Service, the National Institute of Health, and the Corporation for National and Community Service. The service enables these and other federal agencies to collaborate and procure printing electronically with the General Printing Office. Noosh will provide support, program updates and development, and other services to these agencies

Several governmental agencies are also slated to use Noosh 5 technology to meet future print management needs. The Department of Justice will be the first agency to switch over to Noosh 5 technology, followed by the Department of Labor.

"We are pleased to support the U.S. Government's iDataflow customer base," said Dave Hannebrink, Sr. VP of Marketing and Business Development at Noosh. "Moving forward, we are also excited by the opportunities to help federal agencies to further improve print procurement efficiencies with Noosh technology."
