Tempe, AZ August 29, 2002 Health care products manufacturer Hill-Rom has tapped the Agile 8 enterprise application platform to be its product system of record.
Hill-Rom is a manufacturer of patient care solutions and a provider of specialized therapy rental products and related services.
Agile said its product lifecycle management (PLM) solutions manage a company's product record and help companies work with their supplier partners and customers to build more profitable products faster. The solution helps companies manage business processes around the product record and achieve a single real-time view of the product record across products, functional divisions and supply chain partners.
Additionally, the solution provider said that managing products across both the extended supply network and across the entire product lifecycle ensures that assets are leveraged and profits are maximized.

Agile 8 includes collaboration, sourcing, service and support components, as well as project management and engineering applications.
