Arnold Logistics taps Insight for planning solution to streamline customers' supply chains

Tempe, AZ  November 18, 2002  Arnold Logistics has tapped a supply chain planning system from INSIGHT for strategic supply chain design and planning.

Arnold, with 1,200 employees, offers supply chain design consulting and operates some 5 million square feet of warehousing space, and associates.

The third-party logistics provider (3PL) offers distribution, fulfillment, transportation and logistics services to clients such as IBM and Quaker Oats.

The company has selected INSIGHT's flagship product, SAILS 21, to help in optimizing its customers' supply chains.

INSIGHT said the solution uses optimization technology to determine the best current network and to craft strategic plans for the future.
