Offers Web services integration for managing recruiting online
Santa Clara, CA August 21, 2003 Recruitforce.com, a provider of on-demand staffing management solutions, today launched Recruitforce.com 4.0, which allows the management of candidates, requisitions, the corporate careers Web site, and all aspects of hiring process management.
Since its February 2003 introduction, Recruitforce.com has experienced acceleration in adoption of its online service in a number of industries. In response, Recruitforce.com 4.0 includes upgraded customization features, a redesigned user interface and a Web services integration API for faster integration with other enterprise applications.
Other features of the upgraded software include a new user interface, custom fields, candidate contact management, a new information import tool, sequential approval processes, and new AAP and cost-per-hire reports.
The company said that because its solutions are delivered as online services, upgrades are immediately available with no hardware or software requirements, consulting charges or upgrade costs.
