Pilot Freight Services Announces International Capabilities at Washington D.C. Station

Pilot Freight Services' Washington D.C. station is now fully capable of handling government, logistics, special services and international shipping in addition to handling traffic in and out of the Greater D.C. area.

Lima, Pa.—June 11, 2012— Global transportation and logistics services provider Pilot Freight Services announced today that their Washington D.C. station achieved full international capabilities. Adjacent to Washington Dulles International Airport, the station is now fully capable of handling government, logistics, special services and international shipping in addition to handling traffic in and out of the Greater D.C. area.

The D.C. station recently welcomed Paul Peterson to their team, who previously served for seven years in Pilot's Detroit office. Peterson will be responsible for managing international operations of the D.C. station in conjunction with District Manager Brian Renzella.  

In addition to international transportation and logistics services, the Washington D.C. station will offer a full suite of services including air, ocean, ground and logistics capabilities. The station is located at 13886 Park Center Rd., Herndon, Va., 20171.
