After more than 400 entries, we selected our eagerly awaited 2013 Pros to Know. What became obvious to us was that women in supply chain were cracking, if not shattering, the glass ceiling. She is the founder, president and CEO of Prime Advantage, a buying group that helps mid-sized manufacturers achieve savings and form better relationships with suppliers. In the past 10 years, Prime Advantage has paid more than $130 million in rebates and discounts to its manufacturing industry members.
