Chicago January 25, 2005 Supply & Demand Chain Executive magazine is conducting an online survey to determine our readers' awareness of, and preference for, various solutions for supply and demand chain enablement.
Four respondents who provide complete, valid surveys by the deadline are to be selected at random from among all valid surveys returned to be awarded $25 gift certificates for Amazon.com. More details on the certificate are provided at end of survey.
Supply and demand chain executives can use the survey to express their views on the leading solutions for supply and demand chain enablement. All individual responses are to be held in strict confidence. The deadline for submitting surveys has been extended to February 8.
