Minneapolis—May 9, 2014—Verify Corporation, a software technology company, named Michael Howe as its new chief executive officer. Howe was selected to lead Verify Corporation and its two main business lines, Verify Brand and Verify Engage, as a result of his extensive experience leading Fortune 100 companies, and deep knowledge of digital solutions, software and marketing. Under his leadership, Verify Brand will continue to grow its supply chain security and brand protection business, while Verify Engage will focus on the rapid expansion of its consumer engagement and loyalty promotions business.
Howe’s career is distinguished by his ability to identify consumer needs, create strategic vision and build nationally recognized brands. He served in executive leadership positions with Procter & Gamble, PepsiCo, Unilever, Arby’s and MinuteClinic. As CEO of MinuteClinic, Howe facilitated the national expansion of the business from 19 clinics in two markets to more than 525 clinics in 27 states. Most recently, he served as chairman at Smart Receipt and DRX.
David Dillon, the chairman of Verify Corporation, who founded Verify Brand in 2004 and Verify Engage in 2012, will remain closely involved with the strategic direction of both entities.
