Pottsville, Pa.—March 25, 2013—EXTOL International, a provider of e-business integration software and services, finalized a partnership agreement today with Primeur, a European provider of secure managed file transfer software and services. The partnership will extend Primeur's flagship Spazio MFT/S and File Governance products to the EXTOL Integrator portfolio.

As a result of the partnership, EXTOL’s customers can leverage Primeur’s Managed File Transfer (MFT) capabilities to more securely track data as it moves across their partner networks.

Primeur’s Spazio MFT/S and File Governance tools help users manage multiple file protocols across various IT platforms, ultimately reducing costs, while allowing businesses greater agility to complete transactions. In addition, Primeur's Software allows EXTOL’s customers to leverage their integration capabilities, while protecting the investment they have made in their existing infrastructure.
