Scottsdale, Ariz.—Feb. 18, 2013—Mitsubishi Motors North America Inc. (MMNA)—responsible for the manufacturing, financing, distributing and marketing of Mitsubishi brand coupes, convertibles, sedans, light trucks and crossover utility vehicles throughout the U.S.—is now live with JDA Software Group Inc.’s JDA Planning on Demand-DemandPlanning Service; JDA Demand Classification; JDA Fulfillment; and JDA Enterprise Architecture for optimized planning, replenishment and forecasting within their MMNA Service Parts department. JDA Services played a strategic role in providing value-added capabilities throughout the project.

Implemented via JDA Cloud Services, Mitsubishi Motors realized greater speed-to-value, rapid implementation, reduced cost of ownership and reduced risk. JDA Consulting Services, JDA Cloud Services and JDA Center of Excellence (CoE) worked collaboratively on the project design and solution implementation, which included project management, product testing and go-live support.
