Minacs Partners With Qualfon to Launch Mexico Center

Per agreement terms, companies will provide customer service and BPO solutions to clients

TorontoNov. 26, 2012—Global business solutions company Aditya Birla Minacs (of Aditya Birla Nuvo) set up a new center in Mexico City, Mexico in partnership with Qualfon, a global business process outsourcing (BPO) provider, to offer customer support services to Minacs’ clients in North America.

The 600-seat center will offer a wide range of facilities to employees in a world-class working environment. Qualfon will partner with Minacs to provide customer service support in English and Spanish to its clients. Senior executives from Minacs will provide leadership onsite to ensure the delivery of a world-class service experience to customers.
