Westerville, Ohio—May 23, 2012—Exel, a supply chain management company and a Deutsche Post DHL company, appointed four executives to leadership positions within its business. Newly promoted personnel include:
Scott Cubbler, President, Life Sciences & Healthcare, Americas: Cubbler now has direct operating responsibility for the Life Sciences & Healthcare business in the United States and Canada and leads the sector strategy for the Americas. Cubbler joined Exel in 2001 as Director of Operations and became a Senior Director in 2003. Since 2006, he has served as Vice President, Life Sciences & Healthcare, and has been instrumental in growing the business in the sector.
Franklin Littleton, Senior Vice President, Managed Transportation and Consumer/Life Sciences & Healthcare: Littleton recently expanded his responsibilities to include Managed Transportation, in addition to his role in operations for the Consumer and Life Sciences & Healthcare business units. As the new leader of Exel's Managed Transportation business unit, he plans to intensify the focus on this key customer offering. Franklin came to Exel in 1993 with substantial experience in global and domestic transportation and customs clearance and has since held a number of progressive leadership roles in the company's transportation and industry-based business units.
Troy Mascarenhas, President, Supply Chain Management (SCM): Since joining the organization in 2007 as director of finance, Mascarenhas has been a key member of the leadership team and expanded his responsibilities to include IT, procurement, maintenance and sustainability.
Randy Rogers, President, Energy & Chemicals, Americas: In his new role, Rogers will have direct operating responsibility for the Energy & Chemicals business unit in the United States and Canada and will lead the sector strategy for the Americas. Rogers will also play an executive sponsorship role for key customers in the region. For the past three years, Rogers led the DHL Supply Chain organization (Exel's sister company) in southern Europe where he was instrumental in leading a major operational standardization change program. He has also held senior business roles in DHL Supply Chain in China and Latin America.
