Stylesight Sourcing powered by Panjiva expands content offering for subscribers

New York—Dec. 20, 2011—Stylesight,  Stylesight, a global content and technology provider for professionals in the style, fashion and design sectors, signed a new tool and content partnership with Panjiva, a source of objective information on global trade and overseas suppliers. Stylesight plans to integrate Panjiva’s world-class intelligence platform into the launch of Stylesight Sourcing in early 2012.

Panjiva will help power the new Stylesight Sourcing platform, providing analytical tools, global trade data and information on more than 1.5 million companies, to enable subscribers to find, evaluate and connect with suppliers around the world. With 750,000 suppliers from more than 190 countries included on the platform, Panjiva’s robust database, easy-to-use search tool, and public and proprietary data sets will arm Stylesight users with the information they need to find and vet suppliers, monitor competition, and identify geographic sourcing trends.

“We are combining Stylesight’s proprietary content with compelling and relevant information from pertinent market leaders because we are committed to giving our customer an indespensible streamlined platform with access to the best combination of tools and information,” said Frank Bober, founder and CEO of Stylesight. ”The Panjiva partnership is the first example of innovative tool and content additions we plan to roll out, and part of a larger effort at Stylesight to integrate the best aggregated and curated content from around the world.”

“Style, fashion and design move quickly so having instant intelligence on ‘what’s next’ and how to deliver it has the potential to be game changing,” said Josh Green, CEO of Panjiva. “We look forward to providing the same content and data that the world’s biggest buyers leverage on a day-to-day basis to Stylesight subscribers and are confident they will quickly benefit from the valuable insight it delivers.”
