After considering our options, Baxter was the clear choice when it came to strategic service management solutions that could easily scale with our growing business, said Andy Brierley, Global Service director for De La Rue. We spoke in depth with several Baxter clients, as well as users of other available solutions and Baxter clearly has an exceptional service record and the level of support we were looking for.

Prophet by Baxter will be an important element to the service supply chain strategy employed by De La Rue and will enable us to improve supply chain efficiencies, stated Tim Davies, Global Service Supply Chain manager.
